    The flange mount swivel caster is a foot that adds mobility to an application and commonly mounts to the T-slot profile end or side using a base plate. The swivel enables easy movement and pivot turns. The top mount brake locks both the wheel and swivel motion. This is ideal for use in industrial settings such as mobile carts and material handling solutions.

    1. Make sure you have the following pieces:
      • 1x W-4PSB
      • 2x WF-UP
      • 2x WF-LOW
      • 4x M8-35B
      • 4x M8-N
      • 2x 28mm pipes of your choice
      • 1x Wrench
      • 1x Ratchet
    2. Make sure that the structure is level when it is supported by the pipes that will be rolled. Otherwise, the height difference could cause the structure to sway.
    3. Make sure the pipes are parallel and have 3 1/4 inches of center-to-center spacing..
    4. Place the two WF-LOW perpendicular on the pipes.
    5. Place the roller on both WF-LOW and align the openings.
    6. Take a WF-UP and regroup it with one of the WF-LOW.
    7. Take two M8-35B bolts and two M8-N nuts and insert them into the corresponding openings. Then, tighten them together slightly.
    8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for the other WF-UP and the remaining bolts and nuts.
    9. Tighten all four M8-35B bolts and all four M8-N nuts completely in a crisscross pattern.
