Track mount drop stop steel zinc

The R85-DS is an ESD steel zinc conveyor track mount with a 1-5/16 in drop stopper. This mount will make your roller track tilted so that it makes a small angle, even if the pipes are parallel to the track. Use this part as an end mount to make heavyweight containers stops.
When you are using lightweight containers, you won't need an angle that creates too much acceleration, so we recommend using R85-TS.
The anchoring section has two little bumps to make sure the support grips the tube firmly. We recommend using an F-A85/8 screw to secure the support on the pipe.
All Flexpipe conveyor R85 accessories are engineered to perfectly fit the R85-RT96.
The Flexpipe roller track and its accessories will work on any 28 mm pipe and joint systems. Some systems don't have the same conveyor size, so be sure to check the spec sheet to see if your old conveyor parts are compatible.

Here is a good rule of thumb for the R40-DS. If you need to double your pipe to reinforce a structure, you probably need to put a drop stop instead of the tab stop R40-TS.
