R85-CS is a steel zinc connector to create conveyor extensions. You can use this item to extend a conveyor rail up to 16 feet.
However, it is not recommended to use this product to connect more than two rails.
According to lean principles, the design of several small gravity shelves will be much more efficient than a single giant gravity shelf.
We recommend consulting the Installation Steps tab for instructions on how to assemble this conveyor accessory.
All Flexpipe R85 conveyor accessories are designed to fit perfectly
R85-RT96 and are compatible with all 28mm pipe and joint systems. Some systems do not have the same size of conveyor, be sure to check the data sheet to see if your old conveyor parts are compatible.

- Ensure you have the following parts:
- 1x R85-CS
- 1x F-A85/8
- 1x tube de 28mm
- 1x R85-RT96
- 1x Drill
- Insert the R85-RT96 inside the R85-CS.
- If you want to use the R85-CS as a connector for two conveyor rails, simply insert each of the R85-RT96 halfway inside the R85-CS.
- Hang the R85-CS on the tube perpendicularly.
- Screw an F-A85/8 through the tube into the corresponding opening to secure the R85-CS bracket.
