The H-23 is a black metal single joint used to assemble the HJ-23 joint set. This piece is a different version of the H-13 that can be assembled on an AP-HINGE bracket to create a swivel 90-degree angle. Without the hinge, the H-23 can't be assembled on 28 mm pipes. Make sure you have enough AP-HINGE in inventory when you choose this piece.
