El HJ-24NP es un juego de unión cromado con propiedades antiestáticas (ESD) que permite crear una intersección giratoria de tres tubos en dos ejes.
Para montar un HJ-24NP es necesario combinar dos H-24NP, un AP-HINGE soporte de bisagra, dos M6-25BWZ pernos y dos M6-NWZ tuercas.
Información Técnica:
Este juego de unión está diseñado con 8 ranuras para un mejor agarre en el revestimiento de plástico de los tubos de 28 mm.
Consejo de montaje:
Si su estructura no requiere una unión giratoria, le recomendamos que utilice el HJ-4NP, porque no debilitará la capacidad de su estructura. Este conjunto de uniones es muy similar al HJ-24NP con la única diferencia de que no tiene un soporte de bisagra.

- Ensure you have the following parts:
- 2x H-24NP
- AP-HINGE bracket
- 2x M6-25BWZ bolts
- 2x M6-NWZ nuts
- 3x 28mm ESD pipes of your choice
- 1x T-HANDLE 5mm hex key
- Press the AP-HINGE bracket on the first pipe until it clips on, place opening of the bracket inside of the pipe.
- Group the two H-24NP connectors around the first and the second pipe. Make sure that the AP-HINGE bracket teeth fit into the corresponding openings.
- Fix the connectors together by placing the M6-25BWZ bolt with the M6-NWZ nut in the corresponding openings, and loosely tighten. Make sure to place the bolts on the most accessible side.
- Insert the second and the third pipes in both of the remaining openings of the HJ-24NP, between the first and the second positionning guidelines.
- Tighten completely until the HJ-24NP joint set is firmly attached to the three pipes. A force between 12-14 Nm is recommended for this step.
- If the HJ-24NP feels too tight to rotate, apply a lubricant spary to ease the mobility of the AP-HINGE bracket and to avoid damaging the plastic teeth.
