The HJ-8 is a black metal joint set that allows you to connect a surface to your structures, just like an anchor. This connector is designed to be attached to the edges of your surfaces and structures.
This joint set has the benefit of allowing you to use a component of another system than Flexpipe. In this way, you can create hybrid structures such as workstations with aluminum or wooden shelves, for example. This anchorage can also be used as safety support under a surface. Psst! You might be interested in the HJ-9 joint set as well.
See the installation steps tab to view how to assemble this connector.
Antistatic Version (ESD):
An electric conductivity version if offered if you wish to build antistatic structures: HJ-8NP
Want to reuse parts of your old system?
The HJ-8 Flexpipe joint set is compatible with many other pipe and connector systems. Check the technical information tab to know which systems are compatible and none-compatible with our parts.

2-Take a connector H-8 and a connector H-9 and group them around the P1 pipe. 3-Take a M6-25B bolt and a M6-N nut and insert them into the corresponding openings. Make sure to put the bolt on the more accessible side.
4- Tighten completely the M6-25B bolt and M6-N nut together until the HJ-8 attached firmly to the P1 pipe. A force of 9.8 Nm is recommended for this step.
5- Fix the HJ-8 on the surface of your choice with six F-C61 or six appropriate screws for the desired surface.
