Technical Information

The AS-SHOOTER is a zinc-plated steel release mechanism designed to retain containers or products at the end of a flow rack. It keeps the load securely in position until a second flow rack is brought into contact with the mechanism, automatically activating the release and allowing the contents to move forward.

To install the AS-SHOOTER, secure the mechanism to the end of the flow rack using WF-UP and/or WF-LOW mounting plates, along with (x2) M8-35B bolts and (x2) M8-N nuts. Position the release lever so that it properly aligns with the approaching flow rack. Once correctly adjusted, contact with the second flow rack activates the mechanism and releases the retained load.

Assembly tip:

Before completing the final tightening, test the position of the AS-SHOOTER with the receiving flow rack. Make sure the activation point provides enough contact to fully release the mechanism without requiring excessive force.
