Description

The M6-12BWZ is a white zinc coated metal bolt that its only purpose is to assemble the HJ-15NP joint.

To assemble an HJ-15 joint, you need to connect one H-15NP and one H-16NP with one M6-N nut and one M6-12B bolt.

This product was designed shorter than its more popular counterpart. The M6-12BWZ should not be confused with the longer bolt in the Flexpipe system called
M6-25BWZ.

We don't recommend that you use this part with the M6-N nut to connect anything other than the Flexpipe system.

Technical Information:
This bolt is fixed to the M-6N using a 5mm T-HANDLE allen wrench.
(It is essential that the bolt is tightened between 12-14 N.m torque.)

Installation Steps

Assurez-vous d'avoir les pièces suivantes:
- 1x H-15NP
- 1x H-16NP
- 1x boulon M6-12BWZ
- 1x écrou M6-NWZ
- 1x tube de 28 mm de votre choix
- 1x T-HANDLE hexagonale de 5 mm
Regroupez le connecteur H-15NP avec le connecteur H-16NP autour du premier tube. Assurez vous que les connecteurs soient bien installés sur le tube.
Insérez le boulon M6-12BWZ et l'écrou M6-NWZ dans l'ouverture correspondante. Assurez-vous de mettre le boulon du coté le plus accessible.
Serrez complètement jusqu'à ce que le HJ-15NP soit fermement accroché au tube. Une force entre 12 et 14 Nm est recommandée pour cette étape.
Fixez le joint connecteur HJ-15NP à la surface de votre choix avec une F-SF81 ou toute autre vis appropriée selon le type de surface choisi.
