The R40-TU is an ESD steel zinc track union used to make conveyor extensions. The perpendicular pipe junction allows for an angle of inclination up to 45 degrees by folding the conveyor support. If you want your conveyor to be in a straight line, you should use the R40-CS.
However, if you want a bigger angle drop, you should double your pipes and add two R40-MS on each side. See the Tips tab for more details.
This union track will not slow down the containers, because the space connecting the two rails is small enough not to impact the movement velocity.
All Flexpipe conveyor R40 accessories are engineered to perfectly fit the R40-RT96.
The Flexpipe roller track and its accessories will work on any 28mm pipe and joint systems. Some systems don't have the same conveyor size, so be sure to check the spec sheet to see if your old conveyor parts are compatible.
