Technical Information

The AO-RAIL-S and AO-RAIL-A are black plastic divider rails used to guide, separate, and hold parts or products in a specific position. These rails feature integrated stops and mounting holes, making them suitable for picking carts, storage solutions, workstations, and other material-handling applications.

To install the AO-RAIL-S or AO-RAIL-A, position the rail on the desired surface, then secure it using F-A858 mounting screws.

Assembly tip:

We recommend using clamps to hold the AO-RAIL-S or AO-RAIL-A in position before installing the F-A858 screws. Double-sided adhesive tape can also be used to temporarily hold the rail in place and make installation easier.

Technical note:

Make sure the rail is properly aligned before tightening the screws. Avoid overtightening the F-A858 screws, as excessive pressure could deform or damage the plastic rail.
