The R40-TS is a metal conveyor mount with a 1 inch tab stopper. We use this part at the end of the last rail track to make sure the containers stop. This product is excellent when you want the beginning and the end of your track to stay on the same level. The R40-TS can also be used as an end mount for angled tracks with light weight containers. However, the R40-DS may be a better product if that situation involves heavier bins, so be sure to check this product page.

This conveyor mount is an R40-MS with a tab stopper welded on it. It has the same two bumps for better grip, and is also secured by an F-A85/8 screw. Like the other conveyor mounts, it is galvanized, so it has the antistatic proprieties to make flow racks for all kinds of electronics and electric components.

The R40-TS only works with 28mm tube and the particular size of the conveyor that Flexpipe use. Other suppliers offer similar sizes, but be sure to check compatibility before buying.
