The HJ-6A is a black metal joint set that allows you to create a two-pipe intersection with an adjustable angle up to 260 degrees. This joint set allows working with a wider angle radius than the HJ-6 allows. It can be used for many applications such as the creation of angular sides and top or V-shaped racks with angles wider than 90 degrees. The distance created between the two pipes is used for supporting pannels or manufacturing parts.

2 28mm pipes of your choice
1 Allen key or drill equipped with an Allen Key 5mm tip
2- Take a connector H-6 and install it in the desired location on the P1 pipe.
3-Take a M6-25B bolt and a M6-N nut and insert them into the corresponding openings , making sure to put the bolt on the most accessable side..
4 - Tighten completely the M6-25B bolt and M6-N nut together until the H-6 connectors attached firmly to the P1 pipe . A force of 9.8 Nm is recommended for this step.
5- Repeat step two with H-6A connectors and P2 pipe.
6-Reapeat step three with H-6A connectors.
7- Reapeat step four with H-6A connectors.
8- Align remaining holes of H-6 and H -6A connectors and adjust the angle of the pipes.
9-Take a M6-25B bolt and a M6-N nut and insert them into the remaining openings. Make sure to put the bolt on the more accessible side.
10- Tighten completely the M6-25B bolts and M6-N nuts together until the HJ-6A attached firmly to the P1 and P2 pipes . A force of 9.8 Nm is recommended for this step.
