The HJ-6 is a black metal joint set that allows you to create a two-pipe intersection with an adjustable angle. This joint set is used in many applications to create an opening or bracing.

To assemble an HJ-6 you need to combine two H-5 and two H-6 together with two M6-25B bolts and two M6-N nuts.

Assembly tip:
This joint set will create a distance of an inch between the two pipes. This distance is used for supporting pannels or manufacturing parts. It is also possible to use the HJ-6 to create a door or a folding table hinge. Before considering the HJ-6, we suggest thinking of using other joint sets: HJ-12 or HJ-23

Technical Information:
This joint set is designed with 8 striations for a better grip on the plastic coating of the 28 mm pipes.

1- Make sure you have the following parts:
2 H-6
2 H-5
2 M6-25B
2 M6-N
2 28mm pipes of your choice
1 Allen key or drill equipped with an Allen Key 5mm tip
2- Take a connector H-6 and fix it in the desired location on the P1 pipe.
3-Take a M6-25B bolt and a M6-N nut and insert them into the corresponding openings. Make sure to put the bolt on the more accessible side.
4 - Tighten completely the M6-25B bolt and M6-N nut together until the H-6 connectors attached firmly to the P1 pipe . A force of 9.8 Nm is recommended for this step.
5- Repeat step two with H-5 connectors and P2 pipe.
6-Take a M6-25B bolt and a M6-N nut and insert them into the corresponding openings of h-5 and h-6 connectors. Make sure to put the bolt on the more accessible side.
7- Tighten the M6-25B bolts and nuts M6-N together a few threads , but no more.
8- Position the two H-6 connector in the desired angle.
9- Tighten completely the M6-25B bolts and M6-N nuts together until the HJ-6 attached firmly to the P1 and P2 pipes . A force of 9.8 Nm is recommended for this step.
